Project Manager

About the role

We run our own products and client projects with AI influencers and AI video. You will be the person who keeps everything moving: product roadmaps, client campaigns, content production pipelines and a small, fast team of developers, creatives and AI tools.

What you’ll do

• ✳Plan and run sprints for WarmUp.Social and Tapmy.link together with the founders.
• ✳Lead client projects: briefs, timelines, approvals, reporting.
• ✳Coordinate content production — AI video, AI creators, social media calendars.
• ✳Keep tasks, docs and deadlines visible for the whole team.
• ✳Spot risks early and remove blockers.

What we’re looking for

• ✳2+ years as a project manager in digital, marketing or IT.
• ✳Experience with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion or similar tools.
• ✳Strong written and spoken English.
• ✳Structured thinking and calm communication under pressure.
• ✳Genuine interest in AI tools and social media.

Nice to have

• ✳Experience in an agency or with influencer / creator marketing.
• ✳Understanding of SaaS product development.
• ✳Hands-on use of generative AI tools (video, image, text).
