This Privacy Policy explains how Warmup Marketing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Warmup Marketing”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit warmup-marketing.com (the “Site”), contact us or apply for a job. Our products WarmUp.Social and Tapmy.link have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use those services.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Warmup Marketing LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), area of interest and the message you write.
• Job applications: your name, email, links to your CV, LinkedIn or portfolio, the role and your message. We don’t ask for sensitive data — please don’t include it.
• Emails you send us: the content of your email and your contact details.
• Technical data: when you visit the Site, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type and request data to deliver pages and protect the Site from abuse.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to tell humans from bots.
• Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

3. Why we use it (and the legal basis)

We do not sell your personal data, we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under contract:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, security, email delivery for our forms, Turnstile and (with consent) Web Analytics.
• Our email provider — to receive and store the messages you send us.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy continues to apply).

5. International transfers

We are a US company and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after the hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Technical logs: for the short periods set by Cloudflare.
• Consent choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for analytics: use “Cookie settings” in the footer). Residents of the EU/EEA and UK can complain to their local data protection authority. California and other US state residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, limit access to personal data to people who need it, and rely on providers with strong security programmes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
